Job Description
Manhattan Loss Control is looking for Consultants with experience in the fields of insurance loss control, fire safety and fire prevention, commercial building inspection, industrial safety, environmental safety and workers compensation fields.
Our Loss Control Consultants conducts property, general liability and auto inspections. The reports are prepared for insurance Underwriters. The Carriers use the reports as part of a comprehensive risk assessment to insure commercial, residential buildings and other properties for a initial policy or renewal of a existing policy.
Relevant Skills
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Loss Control Consultant in the insurance industry.
• Insights into commercial property, general liability, auto and workers compensation.
• Interpersonal skills with regards to setting up appointments and interviewing insured. Skills in writing, organization and computer use.
• Excellent Time management skills.
• Willing to travel within 40 miles radius.
• Ability to use field mobile App.
• Certifications CSP, OHST, ALCM and/or ARM are a plus.

Quality Review Professional
Job Description
Manhattan Loss Control is looking for Quality Review Professional with technical qualities to review survey reports, coaching and technical assistance to our LCC field representatives. This position requires producing, reviewing loss control reports that meet and exceed the standards of the Underwriters.
Relevant Skills
• A minimum of 10 years experience as a loss control report Reviewer.
• Experience in Commercial Lines- Property , General Liability, Workers Compensation, Auto Fleet, and Garage liability.
• Communication skill and proficient writing ability, organizational skills and computer skills
• Time management skills
• Technical and computer capabilities.
